ABOUT THE PROJECT

Simple. Fast. Online Loans. The first fully digital loan platform by a Financial Institution. This platform went from initiation and requirements gathering to production in 5 months. Working with an external vendor to customize a white-label loan platform. Internal stakeholders were very involved in the pricing and loan decision logic. My role in this project was to manage execution and delivery. This included working with the external vendor to make sure the platform was being developed to our specific requirements. I also created the full testing plan for my team and each stakeholder group, which included writing test scrips and executing QA in UAT and production.
