CF Guest List app screens

BACKGROUND

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, mall locations were only allowed to open at a reduced capacity. CF Guest List became a high-priority enterprise initiative to better manage traffic flow and support social distancing across our retail properties by minimizing bottlenecks and crowding. It also allowed customers to feel comfortable shopping within a mall knowing they can easily join a virtual queue or make an appointment ahead of time.

PRODUCT

A white labeled web-based booking tool (English and French) that lets shoppers join a virtual queue, pre-book a time slot to visit stores or do curbside pickup at a CF shopping mall.

RESULT
